The neighbourhood

Aldea Zama is Tulum's new golden mile. This upscale neighbourhood has a strategic location connected to Tulum's 2 beach access in less than 10 minutes drive. You will find the best cafés and restaurants walking distance to your home, as well as convenience stores, laundries and sports studios.

House rules

Dear guest, please read carefully the house rules. By failing to abide them, you might incur in an economic penalty and an early termination of contract.

Please respect our neighbors and be mindful with your noise from 9pm to 9am. This includes the property and its common areas.
Parties and gatherings exceeding the registered number of guests are strictly prohibited.
Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. If you would like to add guests to your reservation, please let us know first. This might have extra guest charges.
Animals are not allowed. Please contact us directly for exemptions, further proof might be required.
Weapons and illegal substances are strictly forbidden in the property and its common areas, as well as their use and consumption.
Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited.
Children must be always kept under supervision.
Please treat our cleaning and maintenance staff with respect.

We reserve ourselves the right to cancel your stay if you consistently fail to follow these rules.

Interaction with guests

The space is entirely for yours without interruption. We are available for you throughout your stay to make sure you have everything you need during your stay. We are always happy to assist!

Other things to note

Tulum has experimented a big growth over the past years, so some services, such as electricity, water and internet can occassionally be down for external reasons. Although we always try our best to contact the providers and find a solution, we cannot hold ourselves responsible for their inconsistency. You might experiment as well construction noise and raw roads.
