Villa Tortuga (LOT 120) is a property located on a 3,300 sq feet plot of land

Kuruva is on the outskirts of Tulum 3 miles away connected by an expressway (in front of the PEMEX gas station) towards Coba.

Quiet Hours for Serenity: We kindly ask you to reduce noise after 10 PM to respect the peaceful atmosphere.
Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking such as tobacco, cannabis, e-cigarettes, hookah, etc. is not allowed inside the villa to ensure the health and comfort of all our guests. In the event of violating the no-smoking rule, extra charges for cleaning services will be incurred to remove any resulting odors and stains.
Garden & Pool: Unwind in our private garden or enjoy the pool.
-Please always supervise children when outside.
-Do not dive into the pool
-Be mindful and do not run around the pool
-Please do not bring glassware inside or near the pool
Bathroom: Please do not flush paper down the toilet. Kindly use the provided wastebasket for disposal.
Kitchen: Cook to your heart's content and maintain cleanliness for the next culinary adventure.
Electronics: Please do not unplug devices already installed/plugged in like the Wi-Fi router, internet modem, appliances, smart speakers, and especially any security technology like the door lock system.
Pets: Inform us about your pets at booking.
There will be a small additional fee of $40 USD per pet.
Damage Liability: As a pet owner, you are responsible for any damage caused by your pet. We appreciate your commitment to leaving the property in the condition you found it.
Multiweek stays: For multiweek stays we require additional weekly cleaning and must be scheduled with host.
Please do not sit on indoor furniture with wet swimsuits or sunscreen/oils
Please Turn off AC when you are not at home to conserve precious energy
Please Lock all doors and windows before leaving premises.
Please, Guests Only. Avoid organizing parties at the house during your stay unless you have received prior approval from the host.
